Things to do in Antartica

  • Kayaking in the Southern Ocean

  • Sleep overnight in the snow (not frozen yet)

  • Look cool ice climbing

  • Stop by the Argentine scientific research station

  • Visit a post office

  • Check out a boat house (blocked by penguins)

Surprisingly more to do than I thought…

Honestly traveling to Antarctica I thought it was mostly going to be snow, snow, and penguins. We camped overnight in Antarctica (not many can say that). Our guide took us ice climbing (gear was provided). We also did a little bit of kayaking in the Southern ocean. Antarctica was also warmer than I thought it’d be.
