Boulder, Colorado (including Rocky Mountains)
Ahh….such a nice day to take a stroll in Downtown Boulder.
I really enjoyed spending time in downtown Boulder (Pearl Street, West End, and East End). There are more than 1,000 businesses ヽ (° 〇 °) ノ !!! It is also sooooo pedestrian friendly. There are so many stores to shop from large stores to mom and pop shops. You can stop by one of the many shops and pick up some dessert or drinks while you walk around (I most definitely did that (ˆڡˆ) .
Bartaco
Great selection of tacos. Nothing super amazing, but it’s a good place if you are craving tacos in Boulder.
The tacos are ordered individually and there’s sauces available at your table. The “chips” came as full sized round tortillas which you needed to break up yourself. The service was good, but somewhat slow (it was really packed when we came here).
We ordered the “guac + roja + verde”, baja fish, pork taco, roasted duck, glazed pork belly, and sesame rib eye.

Piece, Love, Chocolate what more can one ask for?
Of course I needed coffee with my dessert. We walked down the street to Ozo Coffee Co.
Rocky Mountain National Park
I highly recommend everyone to visit Rocky Mountain National Park. It was beautiful…..we got lucky and got a free upgrade to a convertible, which was amazing !!! Driving through the park with the top down was perfect ~ There are hikes for all levels of difficulty. I did go off trail a little bit and climbed on a few giant boulders.

Dinner Time ~ Head back to downtown Boulder and eat at Oak at Fourteenth. Great food, the complimentary bread was amazing….
